Steel pole products are products used for power transmission and distribution, arranged outdoors. Including support poles, anchor poles, over poles with voltage levels from 110-500KV. All steel towers are checked and controlled under a closed process from material checking, implementation, modeling and trial installation special software – actual trial installation after production. This process ensures the precision of every smallest detail, every hidden corner of steel bars and contiguous points are considered.. All column details including main body, cipher plate, tie rod are processed by drilling, sawing, punching holes on CNC machines with high precision. 100% of products must be tested before moving to hot-dip galvanizing. On the column details, there are separate symbols that are stamped to avoid confusion between columns.
